The insurance company or hospital has called stating they have a referral for your facility.  Now what do you do? This webinar will cover next steps to take after receiving a referral, both in- and out-of-network.  The initial assessments will ensure the proper level of care, which, under some contracts, is tied to reimbursement.  How to handle out-of-network referrals will also be discussed.
